Returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of order to request a refund. Items in any condition (opened or unopened, used or unused) are eligible. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we email you to confirm and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds go to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

Check your bank account again — it may take up to 7 days. Still nothing? Email care@sportsequipdirect.com.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up until they ship. Once shipped, the return policy applies. Use Easy Cancel.

Sale items & exchanges

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. We replace items only if defective or damaged — email care@sportsequipdirect.com or call +1 (877) 204-1991.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs; these are non-refundable and deducted from any refund.
